Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times We ship internationally from our supplier warehouses. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7-20 business days
- International: 15-30 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@purelypractical.us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Purely Practical is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
